We make no profit from shipping costs and can only quote prices based on your final requirements. We are constantly negotiating with our shipping agents to improve this service and only offer up to date pricing. If however you would prefer to arrange your own delivery, please feel free to do so.

Q: Do you have any suggestions or tips for getting the shipping cost down?  
A:

Yes. You can go to "Shipping & Tracking" for checking the shipping cost, but however you can save a lot of money on shipping if you follow these tips below:
1.Try your best to make your parcel contain 3-5 handbags in each delivery other than 1 item, since ship 1 bag cost 28-35USD, ship 2 bags cost 40-50USD, ship 3 bags cost 40-60USD, ship 4 bags cost 45-68USD, ship 5 bags cost 50-78USD. As you can see, the average shipping cost gets lower & lower if each parcel shipment have 3 – 4 – 5 bags
2.Order some smaller sized merchandise with handbags, this way we can put them inside the bigger sized handbags, save a lot of space & shipping cost as well
3.For customs safety reason, we suggest ship no more than 5 normal size handbags each shipment
4.EMS / HongKong EMS shipping charged by actual weight of the parcel, so doesn’t matter our parcel is big or small by volume cubic meters
5.DHL / TNT / UPS / HongKong TNT shipping charged by volume cubic meters, so try not to order big sized merchandise or boxes with your orders while you want to choose DHL / TNT / UPS / HongKong TNT as shipping service, or you can order some other smaller sized merchandise to fill into the big sized items or boxes, this way you can save a lot of $$$ on shipping

 
Q: What is the best shipping service for Italy, Germany?  
A:

The best shipping service for Italy, Germany is our British Airline Cargo Service, but each parcel shipment weight should be no less than 7kgs (about 7-8 handbags), shipments arrive to clients with guarantee, ship cost is around 31USD/kg

 
Q: Do the pictures show the true quality of the product I will receive?  
A:

NO, the quality is even better. We took photos from our real products directly.

 
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?  
A:

Usually all orders are released for shipping within 1-2 days of receiving cleared funds. And parcel will arrive to you after 4-6 working days.

Our drop-ship service works as below:

    4. Submit your payment information at "Member Center" / "My Payment", mention which orders were paid for with the payment information
    5. We will ship directly to the different addresses once payment arrive
We add the tracking number to the order after shipment send out.
 
Q: Where do I get my tracking number for my order?  
A: 1. Login to “Member Center”
2. Click on the "Details" button, there will be a new page pop up with all the order information
3. At the end of the order you will be able to view all the tracking information
 
Q: How do I track my package?  
A: Please go to the “Shipping & Tracking” section from the Home page, you will be able to know where do you track your package  
Q: Why I can't view my "Details" page to check my tracking information? How can I make the "Detail" button work properly in my computer?  
A: Your anti-virus software must have stopped the Pop-up function, you need to open that function to be able to view the pop-up page to get your tracking numbers in your computer.  
Q: Can you guarantee customs clearance?  
A: No. However 98% of our customers receive their products successfully. In the unlikely event that your order should be seized the following company procedure will be implemented. Example: Your order value is $500 including shipping, we will discount any future orders by 5% of total value until original order cost is refunded. This discount will be held by our accounts department and released once we have received proof of seizure from issued customs documents. ( Faxed or photocopies Not Excepted ) All documentation will be returned to you.

Q: Can I order samples first before I place a larger order?  
A: Yes, we do suggest you place a sample order first so that you have the opportunity to test both our quality and our customer service.  
Q: Do I have to pay any tax or import duty on shipping?

Different countries have different policy; it would be prudent of you to check with your individual government body.

 
Q: What happens if I receive a damaged or poor quality item?  
A: All of our products are subject to a stringent quality control procedure. However in the unlikely event this problem should occur, we will offer a like for like exchange or refund. Please check out “return policy”  
Q: What is your return policy?  
A: All of our merchandise comes with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! The product must be post-marked no later than 7 days from the day you received it.
The product must be returned unused and in the original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchange.
By wearing the product the first time, our refund policy is voided. Used product can only be repaired for free of charge if customer sends it back to us at their own cost.
The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages or lost on your return, Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement of account.

Q: What are your payment terms?  
A:

We currently only accept cleared funds the following avenues: Western Union Credit Card(VISA/MASTER.etc)

 
Q: Can you reserve items for me?  
A: We currently supply our products to 120 customers in over 15 countries. This makes it very difficult for us to reserve items. However on most product lines we will accept a 30% deposit based on a 28 day holding period. If after this period you do not purchase the reserved items, deposit is non-refundable.

Men‘s Watches

1. First you need to unscrew the crown (setting knob) of the watch. Turn dial from up to down (downwards) you will feel the knob loosen and then it will pop out gently.

2. Pull out the pin very gently and turn downwards to set the date. If you have a Day and Date watch turn upwards to set the day of the week.

3. To set the time, pull the pin out further and turn to set the appropriate time.

4. Finally push pin in and simultaneously turn upwards to screw back the pin.

Women's Watches

the setting process for the Women's watches is essentially the same as the Men's style. Sometimes however, to set the date you need to further pull out the crown to advance each date.

 
Q: How do I get to know more about your watches?  
A:

1. Why would I want to purchase a replica watch?
For most people, it is because they want to look good, but are unwilling to pay very high prices. For other people, it is because they have an authentic watch, but want to purchase something identical for insurance and personal security. And for other people, it is because they are collectors who want to have a wide variety of watches on display.

 

2. Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes.

 

3. What is meant by automatic, chronograph, and quartz?
Automatic, or self-winding, means the watch has a self-winding mechanism which allows it to run on its own without batteries. The advantage is, batteries are not required. The disadvantage is, they should be serviced every few years to make sure they run smoothly. Chronograph are the little dials (or 'clocks') which appear within the watches themselves and are always fully functional on our watches. They are normally used as stopwatch timers.

Quartz means the watch runs on a battery. Advantage is, they normally last longer than self-winding watches, but you have to change the battery every so often.

 

4. What is meant by sweeping second hand, and which watches have it?
A sweeping second hand simply means that the second hand sweeps smoothly instead of ticking once every second. Basically, it is just a bunch of very small, rapid, tiny ticks combined that makes it look like it is sweeping smoothly. All automatic watches have a sweeping second hand, and all battery-run (quartz) and chronograph watches have a ticking second hand.

 

5. What are the return, exchange, and refund policies for the watches?
If you receive a damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one when you send the damaged watch back.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the watch and it is not working properly, we will resend the item.

 

We will refund the payment if the watch is not yet sent. You need to contact our support department within 2 hours after placing the order. No money will be returned after that time.

 

There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returns.


All our watches come with an extensive 30 Day Warrantee, during which you can return the watch for repair or exchange.

 

However, since we take great care to ensure quality and dependability of our watches and hand-select them, it is very unlikely that your watch will malfunction or fail.

 

Please be aware that our warranty only covers manufacturers defects.

 

It does not cover the following:

 

* Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, etc.). Although the watches are water-resistant to a certain degree, we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so moisture does not get in. Swiss Models are Waterproof , as long as the stem/crown is properly screwed down.
* Although the gold plating is very thick, we cannot determine how you will wear the watch. Therefore the plating of the gold or silver is not covered by the warranty. However, Swiss models are triple wrapped models, therefore causing them to last forever.
* Watches cannot be tampered with in any way. All watch cases are installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watchcase and the seal is broken, all return policies are void for the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work on the watch or open it up.
* If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value.
* Please do not insure your return. Send USPS with delivery confirmation only, as this is traceable.
* Intentional crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product.
* The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired/exchanged.
* Lost or stolen parts.
* Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
* Minor time differences, such as losing or gaining a few minutes of time.


7. How long does it take the watch to arrive from the time I order?

It depends on the level at which you purchase. In stock items are available for immediate shipment and will generally arrive in 5 - 7 business days. Out of stock items or custom made models require longer. Please see the individual watch pages for further details.

 

8. Where can I go if I want to purchase a real watch?
If you want to purchase an authentic watch and not a replica, please locate only an authorized dealer.
