If your order value exceeds 99 us dollars, you could enjoy the free shipping, as the cost of international logistics is quite high (we mainly use the international famous logistics such as DHL and UPS, EMS etc.). But if your order value less than $99, the shipping charge shall be Free Shipping Over $199.

Generally, we shall deliver the products within 12 hours after you completing your order and successful payment. Order processing and tracking

After receiving the order, our Back-end order system shall automatically send an e-mail for"Order Confirmation" including the order number and tracking number so as to let our customer track the package delivery. Directions on Order Delay, Return or Lost

Although we will provide the best delivery services, any of the following occurring things would affect the delivery of your products. Here are some reasons for order delay or not processing

1. Order is pending a credit approval and verification
2. A product is currently out of stock
3. An order which requires special customization
4. An order is shipped to a special location such as Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO
5. Other situations, please contact the issuing bank of credit card.
It should be noted that as the laws and tariff of each country is quite different, and some countries would impose the consumption tax or tariff on the customers, which shall be paid by the customers. It is believed that the customers who have bought the products in EBay.com could understand this.

Order Lost

Delivery is very important for customer service; thus, we shall buy the delivery insurance for each order. In case the package is missing during delivery, we shall re-deliver the product free of charge,which shall be paid by the insurance company. What we do is to provide best services for our customers. Order Return

The order may be returned to us due to some reasons. If it happens, please timely send us an e-mail to contact our service and we shall deal with your request within 1-2working days. If it is not due to product quality, we generally do not accept your return or changing request. For example, some customers may think the bag is rather bigger than he or she expects; in that case, we shall not accept the changing request. However, in terms of bag changing or returning, please contact our service directly. We shall meet the customers’needs as we can with mutual convenience.
